The devices under test are layer-3 EVPN/VXLAN routers implementing L3VPN with
EVPN control plane and running OSPF and BGP with external devices.

Assuming the 53-evpn-l3only test passed, this test checks the propagation of
VRF BGP routes into EVPN type-5 routes and the propagation of EVPN type-5
routes into VRF BGP table and the redistribution into VRF OSPF instances

External devices should be able to ping each other
